How annoying about that wretched lb! Our healthy eating has resumed today - key aim of which is weight-loss. Braved the scales this morning. Feeling quite motivated. Doubtless I'll be joining your weigh-day commiserations before too long!

Good morning and happy Tuesday ☕️☕️☕️ No change at all on the scales 😡 I have no idea what’s going on! Maybe I am destined to starve while still being porky forever? Someone is having a laugh…and sadly it’s not me 😬
My Ziffit parcels got collected yesterday. They haven’t shown as being received though, so I don’t know how long that will take or when they’ll be processed. I have started a new box, but won’t send anything anywhere until I see how the first lot works out.Just a week left until payday, so that’s good. I have about £50 anything spends left and haven’t touched the savings, but I do expect a much lower savings amount next month as I may need to buy oil…I’ll get MrWW to check the level as the side thingummy does not work 😅
Just work today for me and no exciting plans.
I hope you all have a good day 🌟Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

It does take a few days to get moving through the Ziffit system. You usually receive an email to say they have your box & are checking it. Payment notification usually fairly swiftly after that. We've used them several times & they've always paid up reliably. When we did have a problem.....they deducted payment for a book they said I hadn't sent....I complained (as the book was definitely there, I am very organised & checked each title off the list as I packed the box......it was dealt with v quickly & I was paid the outstanding money.

Thanks @foxgloves. I put mine in the box as I scan, so I’d be the same. Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Well I must join in with the ‘how much?’ Squeal of shopping outrage. I tried to replace dogs bag of r*yal c*nin breed specific biscuits…I’m sure they used to be £42 and the cheapest I could find (with a special 10% discount) were £57! 😮 I would normally get the one for sterilised dogs which is lower cals, but none in stock anywhere, so she’ll be pleased to have full fat. Luckily (or not really as it makes it dearer) the fussy devil only eats them mixed with cooked chicken so a big bag lasts over 2 months. But even so…blimey! Then I got my breakdown quote which had gone up £8 per month as they craftily take off all discounts each time they send the new quote. It covers us both and although we never need it I think the peace of mind is worth it as we’re so remote. I managed to haggle them to just 10p more per month and then he mentioned it could be done yearly. With that discount it works out at £3 less per month, so I went for that. It’s still expensive compared to others (over £200 for the year), but it’s the big yellow van one and covers breakdown, relay, home, etc for both so I’m just about ok with that. It doesn’t restart until May so I can psyche myself up for the one off hit. Isn’t it annoying though that the easiest way to save money is to have money for the single payment 😖Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Hope the weightloss starts moving again soon.

Good morning and happy Wednesday ☕️☕️
Imagine me balanced precariously on one foot at the edge of a cliff on a windy day and you’ll get the picture of me grasping my 7lb badge back…only just! What on earth is happening…I should be well on my way to 9 by now 🙄 Oh well, at least it’s in the right direction!
I did have a couple of pancakes last night (it’s the law), but ended on 1437 cals so still under maintenance calories. I will get back to around 1200 for the rest of the week.I don’t plan any spending today. After a pot reshuffle I still have £44 until pay day and my savings are still intact. Just work planned for today.I hope you have a good Wednesday 🌟☕️Not all who wander are lost - J.R.R.Tolkien

Oh ww thats just not fair, hopefully when your body recognises all your effort you will go down a fair few lbs. after a week of TRE I am 1lb down, was obviously hoping for more but am grateful for every ounce lost. Are you drinking enough water (I am sure you are) I struggle with this but it does help. My partner obviously lost more than me, I find it so frustrating as he constantly cheats. Have a good day you are doing brilliantly x1
