@beanielou that sound amazing!We got out eventually so it was more an early evening meal, rather than a late lunch! I had fish & chips followed by Orkney cheesecake. It was all delicious, but I only ate two thirds of each as I was quite full. So as it was just a single meal today, I hope the calories aren’t astronomical.

Good morning and happy Saturday ☕️⭐️
I weighed later today as I got up a bit later and that always helps. Half a pound down, woohoo. That’s 2lbs in total and quite close to 2 and a half. Not speedy, but at least something is happening 🤣 Even with tea out yesterday I was within calories as I didn’t have much else.
Today will be our usual lunch and food shop I think.

Woohoo…👏👏👏 on the losses. Those desserts look scrummmy.
I lost 2lb yesterday too. I was chuffed with that as I’d eaten out 4 times. 2 breakfasts in ‘spoons…I gave some of the bread and sausage to Dh though, a roast pork dinner at ds last weekend complete with apple crumble and custard and I had a pasta, chicken and veg dish at an Italian on Tuesday. I’d been super good in between though.
It’s definitely all about being in the right headspace to loose weight. My motivation as well as health benefits is to be able to zip my coat easily again…..Peter Kay could write a whole show about me pushing and squeezing everything in whilst trying to hold the zip together 😂😂😂January spends - £587.584 -
