🤣🤣🤣 Could you set your first target as 10% of your body weight, then the next stone down so it doesn’t feel so daunting.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪3
