Good morning and happy Friday..last day for 2 weeks 😁🧁
I have lots of catching up and notes to do, but on the final leg now.
my car insurance quote came in (for next month) at £60 less than last year! I can’t believe it, but all the details look correct, so I’ll happily take that without shopping around. It means I have an extra £60 from that pot. So I have bought one pb and moved £35 to my holiday money.

Yesterday we went to the big city to meet relatives for tea. Such a long way! It was lovely, but we set off at 3 and back about 11.30. Poor dog had done a huge wee, luckily on the tile, so had lots of cuddles so she knew it wasn’t her fault. That’s a first time since she was a pup, but it was a long time for an old lady. I felt terribly guilty. She used to be able to last 9 or 10 hours for an emergency day away (about once every 2 or 3 years, not a regular thing). On the way back it was pea soup fog, rain and a really strange frog explosion! It must be frog mating season as teeny light frogs were all over the road in the headlights. Hopefully we missed them all, but it went on for miles 😅

Hope you are enjoying seeing your relatives and getting out and about with them. Poor pouch I bet she felt bad. Next week I'm having eldest dds dog for a few days and 'not my cat' for the week as his owners are on another holiday to sunnier climes, so that'll be interesting

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well.
The visit was wonderful. A lot of money was spent on food and fuel! They went home at the weekend,but I’m still off work this week. Payday came and went. I added to pb’s and savings so they have both crept over 30% of my targets, then I won £25 on the pb’s! That’s 3 small wins now and oddly all on the earliest ones I bought. 

I ended up getting a dehydrator, which came today…so I’ll have to be good with the pocket money for august.
