I used to make a lot of my own clothes when my kiddies were young. They would never have passed any quality control tests but they were ok and I enjoyed making them. I also used to knit. I don’t know how I used to find the time with 2 little ones. I have zero interest in craft type things now.

Oh that's a shame SA. I love craft things but don't have much time. I tend to knit on an evening while watching TV. Sewing needs more time to get out and then clear up.
I tried quilting WW but struggled so stick to the odd dressmaking now and adhock repairs/alterations for me and Mr M_F.

Good morning and happy and happy Friday 📚🍫☕️🧁
Work today and then two glorious days off. Yesterday I was stuck at my desk from 8 until well after 5 and it was too long! I hope to escape at 4 today if I can (picture me with my anorak hood on my head and my coat streaming behind me like a Batman cape as I run down the hall when my internal bell goes 😁).
Do you all have any nice plans for today?

I worked 12 hours in the office yesterday I will only need to do 3 hours this morning then i'm clocking off as i'm taking some hours back this afternoon.  It is a beautiful sunny spring day here.  Hope you escape at 4

it’s at that point here where it’s glorious in the sun, arctic in the shade and like sitting in an industrial freezer in my office….but I don’t want to put the heating on because I can see the yellow thing outside!

Morning WW and chums. Glorious here but I am as ever in the office. Need to find out how to get one of these work from home jobs so I can spend more time with dog and puss cat.
