When my OH stops using something he just puts it down, which I find very frustrating especially if the items home is within reach.
Another frustration is when he put the lid back on the top of a jar but makes no effort to tighten it.

Mine does the opposite BB he tightens things so blooming hard I almost need a wrench to undo 🤣 He's the same with the handbrake in the car if there's so much of a tiny hump let alone a hill it takes two hands and a lot of swearing to undo!

Mine also has a spare room of his own which is surprisingly tidy…mainly because he comes into my office with post, junk Mail, whatever and just dumps it all on my craft desk 😡 A couple of times I have popped it all back on his desk…petty, but satisfying 😁
When I lived alone my house was always lovely and tidy, even with all the pets, but here not so much. Mainly because once I realised I was doing it all and spending so much time on it… I decided not to! I still tend to do it all, but less often and only when I feel like it.
I hate the tight handbrake thing! It stretches the cable and I gnash my teeth if I allow MrWW to borrow mine and he’s done that. He also leaves random rubbish in my side pocket…I nearly exploded yesterday because there were disposal gloves stuffed there from when he took my car for it’s tyres. I know he did me a favour, but 😡 My car is the one space I can control and keep tidy without someone interfering 🤣

Yes, I am once bitten twice shy & now so set in my ways that I would say I am happy for most of the time.
