I think so but have still had attacks after quitting. I've done the hard part of quitting it though so won't go back. Next thing to cut is wine 😮‍💨

I got some last time i got pepsi max as there was no ordinary pepsi max.

I think it's very nice now I'm used to it. Always been a pepsi max rather than coke.

Nescafé gold blend decaf is nice too. It's strength 7 ( still use two heaped spoons ) and has none of that chicory filler rubbish they put in most decaf coffee.

I've been ebaying a bit lately and found it far easier to do listings as a "buy it now" with offers than old style auction.  Lots of people are too impatient to wait for auctions to end but nicely trigger happy when it comes to buy it now.  Some make offers (I always allow for a few quid either way) and I always list postage at what it's going to cost me...no point being out of pocket.   Listing is so much easier now than it used to be.  Money is generally in my account the next day, had no issues. If an item isnt selling after a few days I can send "watchers" offers or drop the price £1 at a time. It all gets sold eventually.

I stopped drinking rose & now drink Edinbu8rgh Raspberry gin & that also really helped for me.

Caffeine AND wine!? I admit I restrict both, I do get caffeine headaches but I'm one of those that being told I can't have something makes me want it desperately - even if I didn't want it in the first place! I think they're called idiots 🤔

Anyway, small amounts of both at limited times works for me (not together of course!)

My anti depressants kept the migraines at bay for years but they have come back with a vengeance even though I'm still on the meds! I suspect it's hormones and not because I'm a sweet young thing 🤣
