I had a lovely pair of tan moccasins from M & S for Christmas from my DD, they are lovely 😍,  in the summer though I swop for flip flops.

I love slippers!  I need my feet to be toasty.  I'm back at work today and had to go into the office, double blow I have booked a day off in a few weeks but that is partly to do some of my self employment but also to have my hair cut:)  I did check how much leave i have left until the leave year runs out at end March (7 days)
Veganuary is a struggle - i don't like milk and butter alternatives and on Sunday - Monday i felt awful with a bad headache, not sure if that was withdrawal from dairy or cups of tea?!  I hope there are not 95 days left in January as i won't manage being a vegan for that long!

In summer I will swap back to just socks. I love boots and used to wear them all the time, inside and out, but MrWW is finicky about mucky boots on the carpets, so I just had socks on inside for the last 10 years, but now my toes don’t keep the heat in 😖 
it has been hailing here on and off, but no white stuff has settled. 

My reading total for 2021 ended at 78 when I checked, so I will try to beat that this year. 

I found some Toffifee in the Christmas cupboard so have enjoyed rather more than a few of those this evening 😬

Good morning and happy Wednesday 😢☹️😢 (sobs quietly).
Work today 😖
I set my alarm for 7, to be up by 7.30, but MrWW starts earlier and dog got up to let him take her in the garden (a relief as she’d given my roughly 2 inches of bed for about 3 hours), but then she wanted to come back and fusses and moans until the lights on, as she’s frightened in case she jumps on the one cat who might bite her. So the light went on, then she takes a good 5 minutes to work herself up to the big jump, with lots of finger snapping and encouraging shouts from me, dirty looks from 3 cats who’ve had to sit on my knee and head to give her (all the) room and a final boot up the bum from MrWW….so I was awake nice and early 😖 and am now back in my allocated 2 inches wearing several very heavy cats.
No spends are planned today. 

I will no doubt be expected to cram almost 2 weeks catch up into 3 days this week, plus the 3 days, so that will be fun 😬
Anyway, I’m sure I’ll survive, I usually do …and I’ll have warm feet 😁

Sadly not, I will drag myself out in a minute and get ready/get coffee. The cats are excited to get back in my office to create havoc and then sleep in my craft chair. One of them regularly pounds on my door when it’s shut, but I don’t trust them not to barf on my work stuff!
