They were much talked about on @Sun_Addict ‘s diary a few weeks ago. She recommended style lockers Italian pants on Amazon, so I have gone with those. They are pretty low maintenance and comfortable and can be smart or casual from what I gather. I haven’t got them yet so I don’t know how magic they’ll be, but shamefully I pretend to be a size 12 and can’t breathe in a lot of mine 🙄 and the sizing on these was 12-14…I can still pretend to be a 12 and hopefully breathe too….hurrah 🤣 they do have a rolled up Capri style leg, but it seems you can roll them down into long pants….I want to cover my socks 😁…I’m very glamorous you know 😬

poor dog, drop here here down in Kent😉, no cats to contend with here, she can roll in the smelly seaweed like ours used to like to do....

I'm sure that anywhere that sells cat litter will have a present suitable for a "left behind" doggy to make up for your absence. In my experience labradors are usually very capable of entertaining themselves in the absence of hoomans. Oooh, lunch out.....I like going out for lunch. That'd make the trek for cat litter worth it for me. Make sure you tell us what you have. I have left over apple and blackberry crumble and custard for mine 😆

@CRANKY40 crumble sounds good. I usually have the beef and onion ring baguette with a side order of chips at this place. I’m a creature of habit 😁
I had a win when I got up, I was looking for some embellished jeans (they still fit, yay) and found a brand new joules jumper with gorgeous embroidered flowers on. I bought it in the sales a few years ago for a family visit that got postponed and was saving it for an occasion. Occasions are rare now so I’m wearing it 😁

Ooh I've googled and I like the look of them! I'm an 18 so will have to look at sizing reviews.  My SiL is mad about Shein but tbh most of my clothes come from the supermarket.  Frank Skinner said something about saving clothes for best and then never wearing them. Maybe we should all be stepping out looking our most glam!

@Naomim, they have 16-18 or 18-20 by the look of it, so you could go for roomy like I did 😁 They do look comfy and smart. 

I’ve never tried SHEIN. 

I agree we should really just look good every day…I do have a habit of wearing the ratty stuff instead of the ‘good’ stuff.

I think the magic trousers sizing is very generous. I suppose that’s what makes them so comfortable. I used to save things for best but rarely go anywhere dressy so they hardly ever got worn. Now I try to buy things that will work for all occasions. You can dress things up with sparkly earrings or a necklace.
