Inexplicable SEISS 4th grant rejection - anyone else?

As you have mentioned HMRC have said that they will get back to you by 26/04 and as you seem certain you meet the criteria then I would wait rather than making any further calls etc.

If you are eligible then HMRC will correct the issue (they have been very good at this with the other rounds of grants), if you are not eligible then they will explain why in detail. Either way, no amount of additional calls will accelerate the process nor change the outcome.

A bit of light at the end of the tunnel. I used the link last week and was told I cannot claim, I spoke to someone on live chat the next day and was advised that they are still working on my eligibility and to check back on the 20th. I had another look yesterday and it has changed to I can claim on the 27th, had 2 further emails today with my claim date. As mentioned above just wait until the date they have given and if you pass all criteria then fingers crossed it will change
