Inexplicable SEISS 4th grant rejection - anyone else?

Blimey, it has been years since I've posted on here but always was great!
I haven't had my email from HMRC yet but I saw some people sharing the link going live the other day so typed my details in for the date. I was then shocked and dismayed to see that I was ineligible for grant 4. When I clicked on it it just said it would be one of the standard 4 reasons:
- Not registered as self employed (of course I am)
- Earned more than 50k profit (nope)
- Less from self employment 19/20 than elsewhere (only earned money as self employed)
- Did not submit before 2 March (submitted last may)
I couldn't get anyone at HMRC on the phone but I did on a web chat and told them about it, they "looked into it" for quite some time, saw the same thing, and said they didn't know why but a review team would let me know by 26th April. So I'm now sat watching my inbox in a severe mixture of hope and fear.
Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Has anyone received an explanation or had a review result?
I saw Martin mention the site isn't officially supposed to go live until Monday so I'm sort of clinging on to the idea maybe my data hadn't been properly added yet.
Thanks for replies and I will update when I get good/bad news.

My wife has just had the same rejection response, despite receiving the previous grants. On checking her tax return on HMRC we saw that it was listed as not submitted, even though she'd submitted it on 9th January 2021 and paid her tax the same day, with receipt email. We've re-submitted the return today and are hopeful of getting it. We should know early next week. Good luck.1

Do you have a submission reference number which would be given when it was submitted?
Or did she click on the save buttin rather than the submit one?0 -

I wish I didn’t ask now. I have no idea why it says I can’t claim. I’m a fully self employed plumber/sole trader. Profits were not more than £50000, my 19/20 tax return was filled in on the day of the new tax year (6th April 2020). Lots of useless phone calls for me to look forward to now0

Have you viewed your completed return on your gov.uk account?
That may give you an idea as to what the problem is i.e. what parts of the return were completed etc.0 -
I’m 100% sure. I have the submission reference number and also got a rebate0

If you meet the conditions of eligibility, all you can do is contact them. The conditions are here:
