So I have been feeling a bit jaded recently with no desire to do anything except sit, I think it’s a combination of winter, weird working hours and not taking care of my diet etc. So I am going to force myself to exercise and eat better with the hope it becomes habit again.
Went for a walk today somewhere different (only a couple of towns away) and bought healthy foods that I like at the supermarket. Quick lunch then off to bed before nightshift.

Good day today - returned an item so £20 up on the day, I am rubbish at returning things so proud of myself.Not only have I finished decorating but I also got up to date with the online training I needed to do for work 🎉
