    You should not have redacted the incident date , but as that was 10th and issue date was 3 days later , they posted it out promptly

    Does the reverse of the NtK have a paragraph headed Protection of Freedoms Act?

    yes there is a paragraph with the heading  Protection of Freedoms ACT; you are right I can see it stated there

    @MothballsWallet it seems like you are a wizard; I recieved the parking cancellation letter yesterday. 
    As advised on this forum, I appealed and stated the myself as the driver. and stated the fact I was contributing my own quota to our to ensure we come out of this pandemic that has rattled us over the past year and yet all they do was to look for innocent folks to leech off on. I gave them a chance to cancel the ticket before going to PALS but they did the right thing.
