Okay, so I have lost the plot, am I right in thinking that I drop anything to do with a draft order, abuse of process etc, and just submit my WS, following the templates kindly supplied by jrhys, and the transcripts provided for attachment as other exhibits?0

Hold off sending your WS as long as possible.
When you get the claimant's WS, post it here as soon as you get it. If you are lucky it will before you need to submit yours.
Only redact YOUR personal data. I cannot stress how important it is that you note the words I have highlighted.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks4 -
Thanks Fruitcake, will do.0

Hi Guys, further guidance needed, - witness statement needs to be submitted by this Thursday, latest.
Have held out on completing WS, in the hope that BWL will submit theirs , before mine, and I can get a look see before completing mine, looks like they are not going to oblige, and this makes it very difficult to ask you guys to give mine the once over, and make recommendations before I submit!
I do not want to miss the latest date, should I hang on until the last day, or submit the day before, just in case there are transmission and reception problems that may need sorting out.
Also I read about the very unfortunate outcome for @robertcox999 , this, despite his excellent WS, I was using a mix of his and @jrhys WS, as a template for my own, would you say I am on the right track, and are there any other examples that I have missed?
Many thanks1 -
You have known for weeks that you would need to write a Witness Statement.
Surely it is now almost complete - just hoping to get the Claimant's WS soon and apply a few final tweaks.4 -
Pease show us your WS. If the claimant's WS arrives before the filing deadline, great, if not, submit yours anyway then send a supplementary WS if you get theirs after you have sent yours.
The worst that can happen is that a supplementary WS is rejected by the court, but you will still be able to comment on the claimant's WS at the hearing, so it is still worth us seeing it.I married my cousin. Yes, indeed, my draft is near complete, I was seeking further guidance, particularly in the light of @robertcox999 sad result.0
