I gave them a call yesterday and the guy said that mines has went for secondary security checks 🤷🏼‍♀️ and should be in my account before the end of May.

You realise they are just giving you the official spiel. They have no knowledge of your individual case.. 

Some people will get their refund in the stated time and be happy and others will not.

I do know this having dealt with them for the past 7 years.

Then why have them answering pointless phone calls instead of spending  their time processing repayments.

You do realize it’s a different department that deals with the repayments, not them your speaking too on the phone 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️! And I was actually calling up for something else And asked for an update while I was on the call.

Not always. If phone lines are overloadded calls are redirected to main offices.

I was told my estimated date of issue would be 16th may but still says “bank repayment pending” and date “pending” does it update the following day does anyone know?

Last year I was told my estimated payment date was May 20th I got it September 21st
