Still pending also, just been told on live chat that mines has went for security checks and not to get back in touch until 10-7-22 if payment hasn’t been issued by then 🤦🏼‍♀️

I got fobbed off with the same story last year after security checks, they finally paid out 21st September

That's the same date I had mine. It would be nice to get told a realistic date

Happened to me last year as well for the surf2 letter, and eventually got payment in august! Thought this year would be quicker but obviously not! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Nobody knows a realistic date. Your case will be in queue waiting its turn to be dealt with, which will depend on how many cases are in front of it and how long they take to work.

Those on high will advise the phone advisers of a future estimated date. But it is aa estimate only to try and reduce the volume of phone calls so cases can be dealt with instead of answering phones.
