    Hi there, I submitted mine on the 14th and was pending, yesterday it disappeared from the payments/credits page and on checking it this morning  it’s not updated  either 😫

    My friends is the same he called them said they have sent a letter out regarding all the information they need.
    once they receive all information it will reappear until then they have removed it from his payments.

    Husband and sons both have vanished from payments  submitted 6the april  has been pending since 8th april and was still pending after the late update yeaterday then today its gone
