    How often do HMRC issue payment, my mate was issued today (again only submitted last week) will they issue again this week or next week now?

    2 weeks for repayment if it is not passed for security check.
    Telling someone up to 6 weeks is sensible as it wil either go automatically , in which case the TP will get it, No point in phoning as that won't change anything and mean time wasted answering the phone instead of processing repayments.
    If it is not received in two weeks then it has gone for checking and will be up to 6 weeks. Again , no point in phoning until 6 weeks as it will not achieve anything except waste time as above.
    You wonlt get it any earlier by constantly phoning and will just cause delays.

    I don't think he was to be fair, just helping people on the forum with some solid advice. Not that many listen!

    Just spoke to someone on web chat, my return is undergoing initial security checks, the date in the system is set for 7/5 was told to call back 8/5 if nothing heard
