Hello everyone I just got an email from hmrc stating in will need to do my 2020/21 tax return. But I have already done mine. Does that mean they haven’t even looked at it yet ?

It wouldn’t be related to whether or not it has been looked at. Just recheck that it is recorded as submitted on the online portal. If so, ignore the e-mail.

Hi guys - I submitted my tax return on the 6th this month and paid the tax for it via direct debit.
The money was taken from my bank account on the 16th this month but my self assessment account says I still owe the money I have paid....?
