I've just had my second bill since switching to them. I contacted them after a similar situation on the first bill, but into the swing of it now. All suppliers do it a bit different, it's just a cse of adjusting to your current supplier's method :)
I'd forgotten they don't prompt you for readings - alarm set for this month. Their estimate was only 10m3 out anyway!

Well on the other hand there is no need for a reading reminder, because they generate the bills at the end of the month.  So read your meter at the end of the month.  "Need to change your calendar tomorrow?  Zog today, calendar tomorrow".

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread, but has anybody had their statement this month, yet? I switched on the 11th September and have been sending weekly readings (seeing as they said to send readings as often as I want) but also gave one on the 30th September.

I can see all the readings I've sent in my account on their beta website but that doesn't have any billing or balance information yet.

Statements get emailed anywhere between the 8th and the 13th of the month.  So you should get your September one at some point in the next five days.

If nothing else a reading on the last day of the month is good as that is the billing cycle cut off.

Thanks, all - just hoping that they manage to survive the current situation. I did see an article recently where they said that they were concerned for the industry as a whole but not about themselves.
