    Hello Coupon-mad thank you for your follow up, but i am not that good with technology,  i have no ideal how to merge all my PDFs , i was just thinking of sending an email with all the PDFs as attachments. please will that do? thank you

    No it won't. There are online sites that will merge the PDFs for you - simply load them up to the website in the correct order.

    https://smallpdf.com/merge-pdf is an example. No experience or recommendation - it was merely the first result of a search for online PDF merge.

    Hello everyone, I just received a letter from the court saying upon defendant filing N159 it is ORDERED THAT the hearing listed on the hearing date is vacated and that it has been set aside and that the matter remains small claim track and the matter to be listed on a date to be fixed . Please what does this mean? Thank you

    Does it say the D or the C filed a N159?

    Presumably 'the directions dated 30th June 2021' is that the case be heard on the papers that you told us about on 1 July at 10:41AM.

    All this latest Notice is saying is that the court has accepted your reasoning and the case will be heard 'in person' at a date yet to be set.
