Unlikely.  In the old days we used to send cheques that had all that information on.

Don't recall cheques ever having account holders address on them.

They didn't but quite often when you sent a cheque in the post you were required to put your name and address on the back.

It depends, I used to work for a company whose name and full address was on all cheques they issued.  I have never seen the address on personal cheques though.
