Surely the solution is to put the OP in the position they would have been in if their driver did not ruin their garden? Why should the OP be at a loss becuase of a buisnesses mistake?
Tounge in cheek but perhaps the OP should have fined the driver for 'parking' while stuck as ASDA would do if you stay in their car parks too long?!0 -
