You really need to read what happens when. That's why the NEWBIES THREAD has a heading telling you what happens when and what to do.

But personally I would download it as a pdf document and fill it in on a laptop or desktop computer , add a digital signature and email it to the ccbcaq email address and to the claimant email address too
But yes it can be filled in on paper , scanned and emailed to the ccbcaq email address if you wish
No way would I be posting it by royal mail ( snail mail ) during a pandemic with millions of office workers sat at home working online !!2
