Increased rent due to pets

It would have been be pretty straightforward to allow LLs to add a pet bond on top of of the deposit that is guaranteed by the deposit scheme. Bit no one thought of it. I suspect as pet ownership is increasing this will change eventually but God knows how long it will take.SpiderLegs said:
