Hi Kirsten - also in the same position as you. Submitted 15/03 and P60 requested on 25/03 (Friday) which we provided straight away. Valuation done last week which broker said was all okay. Hoping for a offer this week, good luck!

My valuation was last week too. I think we will get an update soon (hopefully)

I don't even think our valuation has been done! Ateast no updates from our broker on that one! Did you find out via your broker that valuation has been done?

Weird they requested both of our P60's on the same day! 

Hopefully we hear something soon!

Yes. It was my MA actually cos I applied to HSBC directly, but I reckon yours has been done as well. I do think our valuations took place around the same time. You should check with your broker. He should know. And then you will have one less thing to worry about.

Finally got the offer from HSBC today!!! I think I can finally get some sleep.

15 Mar 2022 Offer subject to valuation (informed by MA)
23 Mar 2022 Valuation

24 Mar 2022 Amendment to previous quote  (shown on online portal)
25 Mar 2022 Decision obtained  (shown on online portal)
31 Mar 2022 Ready to offer  (shown on online portal)

@aimee_coop Ah so happy for you! Hoping my timeline will be something similar. My MA was hoping for an answer this week but might run into next week at this rate.

Congrats and enjoy the weekend now all the stressing can now go into moving house!

@aimee_coop we have had another question from the underwriters today unfortunately so it has delayed the process yet again! Another weekend of no answers
