Please Help - have to submit a defence asap - very poor signage at non pay and display car park

I would say that it would be impossible to email a video file , these files are much larger than the limits allowed for emails , hence by the advice was USB stick or dvdr discs

You may have to contact your chosen court to ask about filing videos evidence , we won't know what every UK Court requires , but they probably all have websites , I know Manchester do

In short , this is a parking charge notice forum , not a legal advice forum , so go to the source and ask , your nominated court

As part of my evidence I have several photos of the car park. I would like to annotate these, circling various signs that aren't obvious to the naked eye and some arrows pointing to pertinent things. Firstly, is it ok to do this? and if so, should I also include a set of unannotated photos? I don't want the judge to throw them out for being edited or something like that.

@Coupon-mad I've had a brief look at the consultation thread. There's obviously a lot of reading to fully understand it (for someone like me anyway!). Can that be of any assistance to my WS? I've got to get it done by the end of this week so I'm trying to be as efficient with my time as possible. 

I'll send a few messages to friends to fill it out and do my best to do the same if I get the WS finished with enough time to spare.

The consultation has nothing whatsoever to do with your court case. But we're asking for as many people as possible to feedback real-world experiences to the consultation. PS you only need the first post of the consultation thread - everything else is discussion.

We only have until NOON on Friday 27th to do the consultation. If this clashes with your WS deadline then it is obvious which one takes precedence. But it only takes an hour (if that) to do the consultation online.

The government consultation is what you think about the new rules and CoP from summer next year , nothing to do with your court case because those new 2022 rules are not retrospective !

So if you want change the system , now is your chance to comment and tell the Mhclg ( Robert Jenrick M P )

Things are coming along nicely. One thing I want to ask is, is it OK for me to refer to the claimant's witness statement in mine? (as theirs's arrived first). i.e. 'according to the claimant's witness statement (Ref.25).............        however, (disprove their BS)
