My dream house is a proper European house made by proper bricks and armored corners/foundations with Iron, far away from idiots, swimming pool (I can just dig right?), garden, 2 garages, 160 m2 living space, gym, sport room (for people that like simulators), 3 bedrooms for parties, top kitchen with 2x appliances (because why not), 2 bathrooms, house sides all covered by a proper structure in wood, air conditioner (in UK it doesn't exist), and a lot of other top level stuff that I can only dream about.
See, I won't have all that in UK anyway, unless you pay 2M outside London center and 1M somewhere else.
Realistically speaking, I could get a good portion of that in another country for 250k, but I'd need to renounce to the swimming pool probably, 1 garage, some other top level stuff and the border all in wood for not burning in front of the sun...
In UK, it's still completely out of reach, in EU, I could get close to it.
But I didn't want to discuss this, in UK you can only think with money, so house=investment, bad investment.0
