I'm not sure what you want exists. I know it may be difficult, but, try to save a few pounds  more and you can get a Google mini or Echo dot.
Give this a look....Google Home Mini Hands-Free Voice Commands Assistant Smart Speaker - Charcoal 842776102355 | eBay
You will also need a smart phone to set them up.
BUT ITS REFURBISHED. IT MIGHT HAVE PASSED THROUGH SOOOOOO MANY HANDS AND BEEN REPAIRED SO MANY TIMES THOUGH THE PRICE IS UN COMPLAINABLE......I DO HAVE A SMART PHONE.....OH OH...sorry its my caps lock again. my mistake....the price is good if only it was brand new.....

Refurbished usually means someones changed their mind about something and returned it.  I've bought a few "refurbished" mobile phones at significant discount, and they all looked brand spanking new and without any problems.

i thought i had answered you mate....the link you send me is great price but its SELLER REFUBISHED ....it must have gone through to many people and customers and its been repaired so no guarantee it will work even for 3-4 months......i hope u get me....
No worries, you did......Nothing wrong with refurbished, especially if you are on a budget. Not sure why you would think it went through too many people. That one I linked to comes with a 12 month warranty as well.

For various i am looking for a gadget that will dial a call on speech and do everything that Alexa or Google home would do ?...talk to them, weather, news , dial a number, music, , bluetooth etc ...???? does anyone know of any alternative for alexa or google home ?...
    Mycroft AI perhaps?
It's open source and you can either build your own, using a Raspberry Pi, or buy a ready made unit or install it on your existing computer. You will have more control over your data and privacy than with Google, Alexa, etc. and I believe it will be more customisable.

    Hi

This is not suitable, but it was my first thought....

Price alone of £50 puts it out of reach.
