Mine was due to go over to a Virgin Acc today. But it is still called "Yorkshire Current Acc 1" on the app.
How do you know when it has gone over?

Hmm - strange. The letter I received said it would become a new M Plus Account on 19th May, but even today it still has it's original name, Wonder if it has indeed changed and kept the same name? Maybe because I, at some point long a go, manually amended it to differentiate between my other Yorkshire Current Account Plus (which is due to change on the 24th May).

Anyway I've withdrawn £2,000 just in case.

Yes, renamed accounts keep the name the customer gave them, so that '1' you added means it stays the same.

Thanks - suppose I'll just have to wait until month end and see what interest I get to prove it's changed.

In the Virgin Money app in the 'rename account' setting it gives the option to, "change back to original account name." You could try this.

Excellent - many thanks. Yes, it reverted to M Plus Account and then I could renumber it.
