    Any updates anyone?
Nothing this end apart from Aldermore confirming they had received my employer reference on the 17/06. So currently at 7 weeks since full application
  • We finally got our offer through the post today after 7 weeks.
  • Still waiting for an offer - there's been a bit of confusion between husband's accountants and the mortgage broker, but after a bit of ping-pong between them, we are (hopefully) meant to be getting an update by the end of today. Fingers crossed!! We submitted on the 19th May, so it's the seventh week this week.

Fingers crossed for you! We applied on the 6th of May and still waiting, they asked for more information on Friday so that's another 10 day wait to go!

Did anyone use them recently for a relevantly simple app and have a timescale?

95& Mortage 3 4+ years settled defaults. No outstanding debt whatsoever. Single person, PAYE no benefits or any dependants to be taken into account. Part of income bonus and overtime, but should hit affordably on salary alone.

Hi, I just got my offer through yesterday. Was a simple application but took 72 days from application to offer. My broker said Aldermore’s workload is crazy at the moment so I would just plan for a similar timeframe to prepare yourself. It took a month for the valuation alone!

I am hoping not that long. It seems to be going a bit quicker anyways.

Complete application put in on the 21st and valuation booked in for the 1st of august.
  • Hi all! What do aldermore look for on bank statements, I have a lot of random transactions - mainly food!

sorry for jumping an old thread but there’s a few of you here that have aldemore offers!

Our mortgage got a DIP last week. And on Monday we were told it had been approved by the pre underwriter and now waiting for underwriting (due to hear back tomorrow!) is it promising at this stage?rhank You kindly
