Nope they are now going through proof of funds and have requested yet more documents that I'm taking in person tomorrow. Then I guess they have to go back to Aldermore to get the go ahead as the condition on our mortgage was about the proof of funds. This will take more than the three working days I have until Monday so 😫😔😡 why oh why didn't they request this sooner?! The sellers are also calling the estate agent frequently as they told me today. So fed up with it all. Had a good cry when I realised its going to be another month.

So frustrating isn't it 😔 I had to chase for my declaration of debts being cleared, but they've not requested any proof yet! I sent it recorded on Monday, so they should have it! 
I honestly would just keep pushing, they've had all your info for so long, there's really no excuse 😔

I know. I'm taking everything in myself this morning but I'm really not holding out hope. We are just going to have to pay the extra rent and hope they let us hand in our keys early cause I don't want to wait until mid July to move 😭

Did they say anything when you dropped the paperwork off?
they may be fine as long as the house is checked every so often? Are you moving fairly local to where you currently live? x

No I wasn't even allowed in lol so couldn't check that was everything. She hasn't responded to my last 3 emails either. I don't think it will be an issue, I'm sure they will be able to.rent it back out quickly enough and we will be paying the full month's rent which covers us to 14th August! Just don't want to delay moving so if they say we can complete before our notice is up then we'll be doing so. What a palava.

Yeah, I get that, but you don't want to pay an extra months rent if you don't have to as well, I really hope you get an answer soon! It's such a stressful experience! x

Yeah, I get that, but you don't want to pay an extra months rent if you don't have to as well, I really hope you get an answer soon! It's such a stressful experience! x

Yep it really is. It's obviously taking a long time, I've had an email from my broker today to say that they can't get hold of my solicitor for an update either 😅 I just hope the vendor is OK waiting, we're so close now I think.

Yeah they have. Solicitor told broker searches are still outstanding but I was under the impression I had recieved them all. I don't know what's going on.
