I don't think there is any one size fits, my application went in on 3/5, I've had two requests for further paperwork and as far as I'm aware it hasn't been sent for valuation yet. So if yours is going then its probably a good sign 🙂

    My time line

    DIP 10th March
    Offer Accepted 10th March
    Full App sent 15th March
    Hard Search 15th March
Another DD / Coronavirus Effect Form Required 16th March
    Valuation instructed 16th March
    Valuation carried out 23rd March
    Offer 24th March

ALOT easier than I ever thought, even the MA was surprised!

It does seem to be all over the place doesn't it!
My brokers words were 'theyre happy with the application and theyre contacting the estate agents within the next couple of days to arrange a valuation'.
I've provided paperwork and filled in the covid form, returned that 20/03, but ive had no questions on any transactions or anything, which I find odd as I transfer money to my window cleaner every 2 weeks (I always forget to go to the cash machine 🤣🤦‍♀️), ive only had the initial DD with the DIP to complete.

@Brucema07 yours seems SUPER quick! Hopefully ours will follow suit! X

I've filled out the covid income form thing too just now sign of a valuation. We're not straightforward though it's 90% ltv and I'm on maternity among other things 🤞

    Ah I see!
I'm 90%LTV single parent, with bad credit (over 7 years old) but up until recently was still being paid off, so although not on my credit report its on my bank statement.
My son is 3 so currently at nursery full time while I work full time, but we're moving back home so the childcare element won't be needed due to being around family and he starts school in September, but thats currently a huge outgoing that will be potentially damaging.
    It's so complex isn't it!

I really hope you get good news very soon! Xx

This seems the same as mine. DIP, 3 pay slips, DD form, covid form, p60s. Then went very quickly x

Basically a short form asking if your income has been affected by covid all I did was tick no for me and my partner and sign it.

Cheers for that. I’ve been shielding but paid in full... so income strictly speaking hasn’t been impacted.

My wife however has, so she’d have to tick yes. Would that mean she was out the game do you think?
