Keep checking MCOL to see when a DQ has been posted , weekly , download the form , fill it in and email to ccbcaq email address plus the claimant , not waiting for the postal copy to arrive , do not send until you know that it's been posted
Treat MCOL as read only , no more to do on their except to check progress

If you get a DQ from the scammers/scamlicitors, do not touch it with a 3.2 metre Bargepole. Either use the one from the court if it arrives in time for you to submit it, otherwise download one yourself and use that.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Hi All,
I have just received a letter from Civil Enforcement which I presume is to settle out of court.
Basically a reduced fine and court costs.
Is this standard procedure and should I ignore it?

Yes. So most people would ignore it , chances are they will discontinue1

Thanks, court date is 6 weeks away so presume they are trying to get any money they can before it costs them0
-
Make sure that you have done everything required of YOU !!
Your witness statement plus exhibits plus the summary costs assessment , by the deadline on your court order , usually 2 or more weeks before the hearing
Let the claimant deal with their own deadlines and requirements1 -

Yes. You'll be adjusting it anyway to suit your circumstances.kfrs9960 said:Is this template suitable for my witness statement as a keeper (not the driver) who has never been to the car park?
