Now TV Offers I've been emailed -

    Sky Cinema - £1 for 2 months - I declined.

Sky Sports - £20 for 6 months - I also declined. Is it true Now TV also now forces you to watch adverts as well as subscribing?
Yes when they cut the streams from 2 to 1 they also added ads - boost, which was £3 for 3 HD streams, does not have extra ads but the non discount price is now £5

into the last month of the £1 for 2month ent offer,

New offer (auto apply) is £2.99 for 6m.

We have hardly watched anything going to cancel again.

said too many adds, got a boost for £1 x 3 months

Still cancelled got offer of cinema, 1m free

They auto applied me £4.99 when my £1 offer is ending 25th November!

I watch loads on entertainment, was going to let it roll over, not now, will cancel and when seasons are back on, will keep an eye for offers to binge again.

Ads I don't mind as I do random stuff while waiting.

Is that £14.99 a month for three months, or £14.99 for three months?

£14.99 pm so that’s per month, not for 3 months of sports.

Just got offer of Cinema for £2.99 a month for two months.
As it covered the Christmas period I checked what films available, nothing I fancy so it's another miss from me

Since mine is auto rolling for entertainment for £4.99 after the 25th, from the £1 offer, I will try the cancel approach and hope they reduce as I have a final episode which airs week after and a new series Dexter has come on.
  • Hi
Probably a stupid question but do you receive these offers as a result of cancelling?
For a couple of years I got the black Friday deal on the entertainment & cinema package but I don't think they did a deal last year ? So I'm paying £9.99 a month for the entertainment package.
However I'm not sure we get our monies worth especially since you now need boost to watch on more than one TV
    Any advice?
    Cheers

When you cancel there’s often an offer to try and keep you to stay at the last stage before you actually cancel.  So definitely try cancelling today and see what you get offered for entertainment.  I regularly get offered that for £4.99.  I see that in my account under offers, also I get occasional email.

Likewise, but in my case I left about a year ago because there was nothing I wanted to watch. Ever since I get the regular offers as posted, I think it pays to dip in & out if there's something worth seeing
