Yes and if you haven’t already, reference and attach a copy of the Parkpedia reviews for the past couple of years.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes - I would. I have printed off pages of reviews on this hovel from ParkOpedia, Trustpilot, Google Reviews etc to highlight other people's experiences of not being able to use machine or a decent phone signal for the app (not everyone has mobile internet access) and being issued with PCNs/ small claims court proceedings as a result.
This supports the fact that they are aware of "compliance issues" at said carpark and have done very little in the way of problem solving to improve "compliance " and reduce the need to issue PCNs and repeated litigation! It's almost like they don't want to change the narrative 🤔😕

@95Rollers - I enjoy reading your posts. You hit the nail right on the head first time, acerbic, yet succinct. You understand the scam. You are a great addition to the forum. 👍Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

does anyone know how to submit the electronic bundle to the home county court, that's what it says on my letter but there is no email address and I can login via moneyclaim?0
-
Check your letter again ... it probably says that the claimant is to prepare and file the electronic bundle.
Anyway, the email address will be where you emailed your WS to. Or did you file your WS by post?Jenni x2 -
I haven't submitted my WS/electronic bundle because it's not clear where to email, it just says send to the home court.
I have just received the OPS WS but I don't have the energy, willpower, patience to pick the bones out of it.
I'm just sending what I've produced.2 -

The hearing court must have told you how to submit your documentation.
If they haven't done that you'll need to ask them.2 -
You just Google the email address of your local County court and look for an address starting ‘hearings@‘ or similar. And you must copy in OPS’ solicitors.
if their WS arrived electronically you will have the email addresses for both.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I would also like to highlight The court's attention is drawn to the continual problems that this car park has had in relation to PCN’s being issued unfairly due to there being poor signage and a machine that isn’t working, as well as poor mobile telephone reception area to be able to use the pay-by-app option. The Claimant has failed to address any of these longstanding issues. The Claimant is using these problems to benefit themselves by intimidating drivers in to paying excessive amounts.
Is this acceptable?
