And OPS seem to have ignored that, and they even have an ex BPA employee working for them now, the same guy who passed their woeful signs as adequate at another notoriously badly signed car park, back in 2018.

  • That's one of the reason to why the BPA is a joke. And OPS is all about greed- gavin bangs on about "educating bad drivers" - that's the police job!  He is on about financially punishing people through implying fear so they can be taking them for as much they've got (much like his clamping firm did).

Don’t think he was involved when his mates were clampers but OPS are no better than when they used other names, including ‘Ethical Parking’ who (allegedly) once showed POPLA a harbourmaster signed landowner authority when the guy had emigrated 2 years before.

  • Shocking behaviour. They should of been arrested for fraud with that. Technically identity theft.

@fishsoup - have you completed SARs and sent them to OPS, Debt agency and legal firm? I would recommend doing so - feel free to holler if you need a template/ assistance.

Unlikely that a debt crawler or legal firm would have any more data then the PPC considering that anything the debt collection agency or the legal firm know would have been sent to them by the PPC.

If we're grammar-policing then we should be consistent. 😉😁

Hangs head in shame!  I don't consider it as grammar policing more like trying to ensure that posters use our language like wot it was wroted!
  • I am with you on that Le_Kirk. We should always write like wot we is supposed to ! Mind you,  I have been accused of being a language nazi!
Joking apart though, it is good to help each other produce court documents that are readable and scan well. Anything that helps the Judge with clarity has to be good.

I haven't submitted my WS/electronic bundle because it's not clear where to email, it just says send to the home court.

I have just received the OPS WS but I don't have the energy, willpower, patience to pick the bones out of it.

I'm just sending what I've produced.

Please show it to us anyway. Only redact YOUR personal data.

If you have already submitted your WS, there is nothing stopping you from submitting a supplementary one with comments about it. Worst case, the court won't accept it.
You will however be able to pick holes in it at the hearing anyway.
I married my cousin. I had to...

Please upload OPS witness statement as we can help.  Multiple heads are better than one sometimes. A problem shared and that! 😉
