I look forward to seeing the WS as I imagine it's exactly the same as the one I got through today which I'll upload to my own post on this location once I'm home, gor access to my laptop and suitably redacted parts. I imagine they are pretty much all near identical copy and paste jobs!

I'm still in the process of completing my WS, is it possible to find out if the claimant has discontinued the case online or would I only hear about it by an official letter?

I have also not received their WS, again how would I access or receive it?

You would hear from the claimant and the court by post if it was discontinued , no online system

The claimant would serve the WS to the court and defendant by post or email

Don't count on them discontinuing!  They (with DCBL) will likely push this all the way to court I'm afraid. So you will need to be proactive and prepare yourself as much as possible.  Knowledge is Power and we are in good hands on this forum.

When they (OPS) have discontinued in the past its usually been at the 11th hour after WS have been sent and dates have been set. 

I'm pretty much at the same stage. They had an order telling them to send the Reply To Defence which they've sent to the court plus me. It was very arrogant, snotty and condescendingly worded. I guess the next stage is the court/ Judge will review it and then request WS if its not struck out before, but I'm preparing for a court hearing to be on the safe side and would suggest you do too. My WS is currently an epic work in progress picking apart the document and photos they've sent me.

A heads-up  -  check the correct name of the claimant in all the headings is as stated on the claim form.

You are exhibiting some Judgments but quoting them with an erroneous middle "e" (see the docs exhibited)
