It's a debt collector letter , not an LBC , read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , don't reply to this letter
You did say in your opening post "...was a company registered car".
That statement has led us astray.
It is a private motor vehicle registered to an individual and you are the Registered Keeper.
Nothing more.
You have received debt collectors letters.
The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread tells you exactly how to deal with debt collectors letters.
You need to write to the parking company's Data Protection Officer and instruct them to update their records with your current address. That notice should also explicitly tell them to erase the old address they currently have on record for you.5 -
