Woohoo, just checked with them on twitter and as I began on 17th I get the 35p cap. Just accepted and checked the app and it is 35p cap.

I'm in kinda the same boat, signed up the 14th but this has not been sorted yet as my meter is not supplying them readings (works fine with n3rgy, they are aware of the issue).

Is it fixed for you from the moment you have swapped today, or from the date of your initial signup which I assume means you would be backdated at 35p for the energy you used until you swapped?
Hi it’s fixed from the moment you accept t&c so mine runs until 8th august 2023. I clicked as soon as I knew I could get the 35p rate. I didn’t want it to disappear and also I am away for a couple of weeks so the lower standing charge offsets some of the initial higher price.

Just noticed they removed the KWH price on account

    Agile Octopus
    Agile Octopus February 2018
    Fixed term ends 08/07/2023

    Dynamic unit rate 21p/day
    (All rates inc. VAT)

But half an hour rates are still showing 35p :-) so panic over for now

Yep finally got my email to accept the terms in late August and it gave me the 35p rate fixed until next year, I kinda wish I held out as theoretically I could of accepted at the end of Sept but just wanted it sorted.

Thanks to everyone who made me aware of this and tracker for gas, literally saved me hundereds over the next year.
