OK thanks. And as the claimant is Premier Parking solutions I send WS and docs to them rather than the solicitor?

The guide to court and instructions from the court tell you to whom you must sumit your WS. THis is normally the scamlicitor and the court, but double check.

As advised above, use the full names of the PPC plus company number and the holding company and company number. Do not miss anything out. If one says holdings limited and the other says limited, then that's what you must state.
Also state that the one (holdings limited) is a stranger to the contract and therefore has no authority to issue charges in the landowner's name.

Again as above, it only needs to be a few sentences, but it is imperative that you get it in your WS.

Did you send it to the ppc directly, or to their solicitor?
as the n1 form makes very clear, you must serve docs on their solicitor. It doesn't count if you send them directly to the ppc

Obviously not.  Why do you think they are using a solicitor...

BIt confused about the above, the instructions were to send the documents to the claimant which is Premier parking solution so I sent to them. Unfortunately, not much of this is obvious to me and actually very confusing!

Have you now sent them to the solicitor?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If you pay a solicitor to handle a house purc hase, do you expect the Land Registry to communicate with you or your solicitor?

    Same here.
You are told to send to the claimant
The claim form tells you the address to use for the claimant
that address is their solicitors address.

What do you make of the box on your Claim Form that is headed Address for sending documents and payments (if different)?

How do people miss that? It is hardly difficult or confusing.

When we say 'send to the claimant' you obviously send to the address of the solicitor that the Claim Form tells you to use for documents.  You don't randomly post stuff out to the parking firm.   Your Claim form tells you the address to use for all documents for the Claimant, from day one.

If I had to spell out stuff like this in the (already very long) NEWBIES thread then no-one would ever read it.
