Thanks, Fruitcake. The deadline is 4 pm today! I was planning to send it shortly should I add this in before sending?

Why wouldn't you follow the advice?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

When you do get the scammers WS, PLEASE post it here! You must not redact anything other than your personal info.
At least we must see their supposed contract. Your review of other threads will have shown you this often is their undoing.

Ok, so I have just received their WS through the post as a paper copy. There are about 50 pages to it though. There is information from the registry office to say premier Parking own the land but not copy of any contracts

Do you mean the Land Registry entry says the scammers own the land? That is unusual, but not unheard of.

Upload the WS to dropbox and post the link here asap. As already advised, ONLY redact YOUR personal info, and tell us if the scammers have redacted anything.

If the scammers do own the land then there won't be a contract, but you need to be absolutely sure about this.
Don't hang about. Don't ask questions. Just get on and do it.

The Land Registry entry shows Premier Parking Solutions Holdings Ltd, (Company number 07025958), as the car park owner; so there will still need to be a agreement between the PPC and the landowner.

How should I say this in my WS? I'm getting pretty anxious as I need to send this one and another before I have to go to work in an hour. Appreciate the help

You point out they are NOT THE SAME COMPANY, so there needs to be a contract between the holding company and the ppc.  Single sentence. Nothing more needed. Include the company numbers to make it clear they are different companies
