    Can I get some clarification with regard to the two deadlines I have if possible please?;
    The first deadline which is only a couple of days away (6/4)is to send all documents I intend to rely upon in the final hearing to the court and claimant.
    And then the second deadline (13/4) to liaise with the claimant and agree on the contents of the trial bundle including
    claim form, all pleadings and statements of case, WS, All documents, and any notice of application to rely on.
    Do I have to include my WS in the documents within the first deadline or only the second?
    I had previously read that documents could be emailed the same as my defence was but just read on another post that it needs to be hard copies posted?
    TIA

    All, the operative word, that includes your Witness Statement and evidence by the first deadline. This doesn't mean include your defence, you've already submitted that.

    Covid has moved everything to electronic transfer, no need for a physical bundle. You won't be submitting it 'the same as my defence' as that would have been submitted to the Northampton CCBC, your WS and evidence now goes to your allocated local court (and to the solicitors representing the PPC).
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Here Is a link to Media fire file-sharing where I have uploaded a copy of my WS and evidence draft. The format and page numbers are all messed up from taking out information but are all good on the original. If anyone has any time any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Onto the second one now!

    If you have the scammer's WS, then show it to us asap. Upload it to dropbox or similar and post the link here. Only redact YOUR personal data. I'm not keen at looking at your WS on a site that asks me to agree that my personal data will be used in a particular way.

    I can't see any mention of challenging landowner authority. Did the scammers include a copy of the alleged contract? Was it signed by the landowner, or by an agent? If the later, did they provide a copy of the contract between the landowner and the agent?
    Have the scammers redacted the name of the landowner or the names of the signatories?

    You really need to show us the scammer's WS asap.

    There is no copy of any contract whatsoever provided in the SAR pack.
    They haven't sent any WS or evidence yet!

    It won't be in the SAR info, but should be in their WS. Post it as soon as you get it. Hopefully that will be before you need to submit yours, but you do need to state in your WS that no contract with the landowner has been produced. Even if one arrives after your submission deadline, I doubt the contract will be with the landowner, so you must state they have not provided any proof they have landowner authority.
