It's not your earnings, it's your half a million pound mortgage.1 -
Btw guys, do you think I'm banned for any products with NatWest or just their current accounts?
I wanted their credit card in the future but now I'm not sure. Whether they didn't like me having 2 reward accounts or 2 overdrafts or just something about my transactions... a credit card used for purchases or balance transfer is a different thing, isn't it?

Exactly. There is also more than one MSE Forumite who has more than one sole Natwest (and RBS) Reward. So one could go as far a saying there is evidence that they do not enforce it but perhaps it's best to leave it right here.

Isn't it stupid that instead of telling you they don't like something, they just close your accounts?
If the problem is having 2 reward accounts, they can say it. If it's 2 overdrafts, they can say it as well. Or if they have problem with my standing orders (money in, money out), they can say it too. How would you avoid any of these and why would you even do it... I don't see the point in making it 'top secret'.

Are you sure? How do you know this? Could it be something else than that? What does the 'Z' stand for?

No it's definitely that.
Don't think the Z stands for anything, it's just a coded marker (like you've been shoved to the back of the alphabet as they want nothing to do with you anymore). If you try applying for anything it should auto decline.
By the way, I know because they did the same to me.0 -
'Z' as in zapped? Zombie? Zilch? Zeroed?0
