  • My defence will be the template and then mentioning no letters and the above knowledge that the incident is on Heathrow airport land
  • This is my paragraph 3 surrounded by the rest of the template.The Defendant appealed to the Claimant and received no response from the Claimant . The Defendant e-mailed his appeal and hand delivered a copy to the Claimants Dorset Square address. The Defendant has had no responses from the Claimant only a bombardment of threatening mail from alleged Bailiff and recovery agents.

    Not enough. You must first set out why the car was at the site and the facts/what went wrong that caused the PCN, if you understand it.

    OR (if true) state that you have no idea.  But that's impossible to believe because you appealed so you did know about the incident and know at least a bit about it and you probably know who was driving.

  • I have no proof of a breakdown but is it worth me mentioning that ?

    Am I not just the keeper and explaining about a vehicle breakdown and the driver is not known
