They are a large part of the reason my national airline has been reduced to 2 aircraft while they've disappeared leaving holes in the route network, claiming the market as not profitable (mainly due to competing with a 100 seat Embraer with something double the size, which they had no chance of filling even with no competition), as they've done to many small national carriers in the past.
Equally though, you do owe them the £92.50 that you've received twice in error.💙💛 💔0 -

Just popped back to let you all know I have now received a cheque in the post from Ryanair. So if anyone is interested, it took roughly 5 months from the date of the cancellation, and about six weeks after they agreed the refund in writing, for me to actually receive the money.2 -

I booked through Last Minute, but was told to claim the flight cost back from Ryan Air... However, I was only told I needed to do this 6 months after my holiday was cancelled.
Good luck to us

It would be morally right to inform them of their error so their accounts balance, however it appears you'd rather laugh at someone telling you this than actually take any action. This says more about you than me.💙💛 💔1 -
I got told they’d refund me after the lockdown back in may 2020. In the end I got sick of waiting and got a chargeback which was immediate. They then sent a message saying they’d refunded me so ended up with two refunds. So I’ll give them their money back, with the same urgency that they were going to give me mine.
