I'm sure there was a time when networks didn't have an RPI/CPI+x% increase - written into the contract or otherwise,I think it was around 2013/4 when this all came to being?chistery said:I wonder what the date is on those Which articles? A few years ago networks tried above RPI increases and people could leave early, then networks got wise to it and just added it in the contract knowing most won't read it.

More like Sept 2019 when BT moved from in contract price increase to the built in increase .Built in gave no get-out under Ofcom rules .0
