Just to clarify - Bath Chair Lift. Used to lower and raise a person in the Bath.
Repair cost is 3/4 of the original purchase price. Labour alone is £80 the rest is for the part.

Pollycat. UPDATE. - NEW BATH CHAIR LIFT
I have today received a new Bath Chair Lift. Yay.
I put a very honest and in depth review on Trust Pilot.Asked to remove whilst it was being dealt with. Which I did.
Long story in short. Always make sure you can provide independent evidence that they are at fault. In my case I asked for a quote to get the item re plated and told wrong metal was used in the first place.Thank you all for your advice and support.1 -

Neilmcl. I got replacement the same as I had. No it wasn’t the same that your Folks had.
See how it goes and if the same happens they will be having it back for another replacement.0
