  • That the only sign at that entry point and it's about 20cm back from the start of the paved area.

If a PCN drops how would the RK challenge it and is it a good chance of appeal success?

Complaints to the landowner, the DVLA, BPA, and the RK's MP.

Keeper appeal as per the NEWBIES with a one liner added to the template in blue text that driving in a pedestrian zone is not parking.

  • Thanks, had a good read of that thread hence choice of vague language and non self incriminating.

Is that just under 8 inches in old money?  Not sure where you're going with that.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Was wondering if an incursion into the pedestrian zone before there is a sign invalidates it.

Nothing invalidates anything in this scamdustry, unless a Judge decides. You're searching for regulation that simply does not exist.

  • The RK hasn't received a NTK yet as it only allegedly happened recently.
