Just as an update to outcome:
- Hearing was set for 7th April 21
- Gladstones offered save as to costs offer of £120 on 16th March
- Rejected this and we offered drop-hands settlement 26th March
- They accepted 31st March and withdrew

And as if by magic, on Friday, we've received a fresh PCN, this time it's euro car parks. (Their pay and display machine wasn't working, the car was moved to an adjacent car park and ticket purchased there, but they picked up plates on ANPR and have sent PCN)
